Privacy Policy

The short version: your data stays on your phone and on your own Wallos server. We never see it.

Wallos Go has no account system and no servers of its own. The app talks directly to the Wallos instance you point it at. There is nothing in the middle.

What the app stores on your device

Server details — each server's URL, display name and any custom header names you configure, in the app's private storage.
Secrets — your Wallos API key, optional Cloudflare Access service token and custom header values, in the iOS Keychain. They never leave the device except to authenticate requests to your own server.
Your subscription data — subscriptions, categories, currencies, payment methods and totals, cached in a local database so the app opens instantly and works offline. This database lives in a shared app group container so the Home Screen widget can read it.
Logos — a small on-device cache of the subscription images your Wallos server serves.
Preferences — appearance, reminder lead time and which server is active.

Deleting the app deletes all of the above.

Network connections

The app connects only to the Wallos server(s) you add, over the URL you enter (HTTPS or, on your own network, HTTP). Requests carry your API key exactly as the Wallos web UI would send it. Wallos Go makes no other network requests: no crash reporting, no analytics, no update checks, no third-party SDKs.

Reminders

Renewal reminders are local notifications, scheduled on your device from the cached subscription data. No push service is involved and no notification content is sent anywhere.

Data we collect

None. Wallos Go's App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected", and its privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected data types. We have no way to identify you, your server or your subscriptions.

This website

wallosgo.app uses Traks, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool, to count page views. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and does not fingerprint or track you across sites.

The form on the support page is provided by Embers Hub (hub.embers.cafe), the ticketing system used across embers.cafe apps. Anything you type into it — typically your name, email address and message — is stored there so we can reply to you, and for no other purpose. You can ask for a ticket to be deleted at any time by replying to it.

Children

Wallos Go is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. As described above, we do not collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
